I had been having the same issue for approximately 8 months. I was bringing it to the dealership closest to me and they are awful. I decided to drive over an hour away in hopes for a better experience. I'm so glad I did!!! If y'all don't already know, Christian is a rockstar!!! He was super kind and listened to me. He made sure to give me updates routinely and was able to put me in a loaner car (extra thankful). And to top it off, I brought my car to the other dealership several times for this same issue and ended up having to pay a lot of money, despite being under warranty). It took ONE TIME at Volkswagen Mandeville to get the actual problem diagnosed and fixed! The dealership in Mandeville is organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be making the trip for all of my future needs!!

I normally have a good experience at the Mandeville VW service. When I took my vehicle last week, Christian was my service advisor and he was so kind and helpful. My car was ready when I needed it to be. He talked over all of the prices with me of suggested service and he was all around helpful.

Christian was super helpful and kind. He went above and beyond his role and offered to bring my keys to me at my place of work because I was unable to pick it up before closing. I went in with my dashboard lighting up and on my way to work. Everyone made me feel I was the only customer there. The gentleman in the back office even offered me a car if he did not have a driver to bring me to work. My car is doing well, it was a sensor that went out. I have always been treated with kindness and respect at this dealership. I appreciate all the help and for getting me back to normal again!! 5 STARS!!
