I brought my car in for the very first scheduled maintenance as well as to address active recalls on the vehicle. The technicians left excess oil underneath the hood as well as oil stains all over the exterior of my car which is white in color. They also broke my dashcam, which they should not have even touched and when I called the service department to inform them they dismissed my concerns initially then asked for me to provide information from when the cam was purchased, but as of today I have yet to receive any communication not even apology from the service manager.

Mandeville VW is THE BEST dealership. I live more than 25 miles away and I have a VW less than 3 miles from my house but I would rather go to the mandeville location to buy and service my cars. Trish, Saint, Matt, and the entire sales team still know me and make me feel so welcome even when I"m just going to service my car and Christian and Doug on the service side go out of their ways to make my service appointments fast and convenient. I've recommended the dealership and service center to so many family, friends, and random people. Truly a local gem!

Called Service and advised if a battery drain after a recent software update. They took my vehicle in and resolved same day while I waited. There is never a convenient time to be out of your vehicle, but a same day resolution is all you can ask. Christian and Christina in service are great to deal with as is Doug the service manager.

I specifically asked about why the Inspection notification kept coming on it my car. So when I got home and the notification came on I thought they would have reset it for me.
