The other 2 kept going back and forth…lowering the price gradually until I grew frustrated and called Mandeville. Then, the business side was very smooth and painless. Delivery was fast.

Awesome, a little pricey on the labor for the minor part installed; however, I love the costumer service, the technician was very experienced and respectful. I would recommend this VW to anyone.

The service representative, Christian was extremely helpful. The service department was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my vehicle, and if it had not been for the extended warranty company dragging their feet I would have had my vehicle back much sooner. Christian went over and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way, and even called me on his off time to keep me up to date with the process of having to deal with a difficult third party company. Christian was a true professional and he obviously cares about his customers. I would definitely bring my vehicle back, and I would recommend VW of Mandeville to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced.
