I am disappointed in the service given. I bought my car brand new in July, it had zero miles on it and I have had to take the car in twice for system malfunctions. I waited 8 hours at the dealership the first time around for them to tell me my software couldn't trace the malfunction so they "hack" my system to remove the notification i was getting. The second time I went, I have 30 different software/car notifications and I was told, well we can't really do anything for you but clean the Volkswagen symbol on the front. We will call you when Volkswagen makes an update. I have no confidence that my car is safe and the dealership really didn't boast that confidence either.

Christian in service was excellent to deal with. All my concerns were addressed in one visit. I will continue to deal with Jason and his staff and recently referred a friend to Bren to purchase a Jetta that was in stock for his daughter.
