Because our vehicle ran over a trailer tire and totally ruined the bottom of my vehicle. Christian Clark took such good care of us in the service department. It was an aweful stormy weather day. We were heading back to Houston. It was such a long day. He was very patient with us calling all the time about updates. It took close to 2 months to finally get it repaired with issues with insurance, parts, etc. The service department tried their very best to get the vehicle serviced.

We went in for regular maintenance (Oil Change, Filter Replacements, etc.). They informed us the brake fluid was due for changing on our Atlas Cross Sport (39,000 mi., 3 years old). They explained the need for the service and let us decide to have it done. We had it done.
I was concerned about the battery being three years old. They tested it and showed me the results that it was still good.
The service writer was prompt, friendly, and courteous. We were satisfied with the overall experience.
